Returns

All products offered on www. santabahia.com are guaranteed for the maximum period required by law. The guarantee begins on the day the product is delivered and is applicable as long as the product is used under normal conditions of use. In the event of complaints or claims, please contact distribution@santabahia.com

Return: The product can be returned to the seller if it does not meet the specifications contained on its label, it is faulty or if the product sent was not the one requested. Within 10 working days (Monday to Friday except public holidays) following receipt of the product, the purchaser can contact the seller through the mail distribution@santabahia.com explaining the reasons for the return (attach photo if considered necessary).

If Santa Bahia considers that the fault is not due to manufacturing but due to misuse or inappropriate use of the product and the return is not appropriate, this will be reported to you in a reasonable period of time so that within the following 30 days you may pick it up from the store or, if requested, it will be sent cash on delivery

Exchanges:
In case the same article is not available we will contact you to arrange a solution, either for another article or by refunding the money paid, including delivery costs, if any.

METHODS FOR RETURNS
The customer shall communicate their intention to return the product using the email distribution@santabahia.com informing of the reason for the return. The return form must be completed with the instructions that appear on the package of the item to be returned.

Option 1: Free pick up at home (when appropriate)
You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to exchange the item for another one or request a refund.

1. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE WITH THE DELIVERY NOTE
Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the return form. It is important to indicate in this document if you wish to exchange the product or if there is another reason for the return.

2. PASTE THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA OF THE PACKAGE
You will find a label with the return address on the delivery note, which you will need to paste on your package.
If you do not find it in the package the following is the delivery address:

2. THE COURIER WILL COME TO YOUR HOME TO COLLECT YOUR PACKAGE
Our carrier will contact you to inform you of the day and the time for the collection.
If this is a return, the refund (if applicable) will be made with the same payment method used in the purchase and within a period of between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your package at our warehouses

Option 2: Return by mail with delivery costs borne by you
You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to exchange it for another product or request a refund using mail:

Pack your items securely, in the original package if possible, and include the delivery note. It is important to indicate in this document if you wish to exchange the size or return and the corresponding items .

2. PASTE THE RETURN LABEL IN A VISIBLE AREA OF THE PACKAGE
You will find a label with the return address on the delivery note, which you will need to paste on your package.
If you do not find it in the package the following is the delivery address:

3. SENDING
To do this, go to the Post Office and send your package by certified mail or with acknowledgement of receipt.
Please note that in the case of the returns using postal mail, santabahia.com will not accept deliveries that are with freight collect or cash on delivery and that delivery or refund costs shall not be paid.
Your exchange for another product or return will be processed within 3 and 12 working days from the receipt of your package.

Refunds
Refund times can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return at our warehouses. As soon as we verify the condition of the returned items, we shall send you an email to inform you. Please remember that the refund will be issued using the same payment method used in the purchase.
