What are the delivery methods?
Delivery times and costs will vary depending on the delivery method. You will be informed of the courier selected for this purpose when you make your purchase (please follow the instructions provided by the Courier)

How can I pay for my purchases?
You can choose from several payment methods:
DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD
Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express. Payments made with debit cards or American Express will be charged in real time.
PAYPAL
To make purchases with PayPal, select this payment method and click on 'Confirm Payment'. You will then be redirected to the PayPal site to continue with the payment.

I have not received all the items in my order. What do I do?
Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund the relevant amount for that item and the delivery costs of your order using the same payment method as in the order.
If you have not received any email, please contact distribution@santabahia.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

The items received are incorrect or are damaged. What do I do?

Are the items included in the basket automatically reserved?
No, placing an item in the basket does not guarantee it is reserved or available. There are highly sought after items that may be sold out before the purchase is formalised although they were available when you added them to your basket.

In which countries can I buy?
Spain (only Peninsule and Baleares Islands)

How do I exchange or return an item bought online?
Follow the devolution indications that you will receive with your purchase or send an email to distribution@santabahia.com or call to +34 691 200 024 if you need more information.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
At the moment it is not possible to cancel or amend your order as we prepare your purchase as soon as you confirm the order on the website.
If you change your mind, you can return the garments once you have received your purchase. See the Returns section for further information.

I have a promotional code or discount, how do I use it for an online purchase?
When you reach the purchase summary, please enter the code in the field and click 'Apply promotional code'. They cannot be accumulated.
